Hand-woven by craftspeople from the Cestaria Ribeira do Paiva cooperative, this natural wicker basket represents centuries of basket-weaving tradition from Northern Portugal. The wicker is grown on the damp banks of the Paiva River, harvested in winter and prepared according to ancestral methods before being woven. With a wooden handle and natural finish without any chemical treatment, this basket is sturdy, versatile and eco-friendly. Approximate dimensions: 35cm diameter x 20cm height. Ideal for decoration, picnics, market shopping or home storage.
