This raw wildflower honey is harvested on the slopes of Serra da Freita, in Arouca Geopark, where bees freely forage among heather, chestnut, rosemary and eucalyptus flowers. Beekeeper João Ferreira has practiced organic beekeeping for over 25 years, never heating the honey above 40°C to preserve all enzymes, antioxidants and nutritional properties. With a smooth, creamy texture after natural crystallisation, and a complex floral flavour with notes of heather and caramel, this honey is a true treasure of Northern Portugal's biodiversity. Packed in 500g reusable glass jars.
