Made with seasonal strawberries harvested at Quinta da Avozinha in Oliveira de Azeméis, this artisanal jam is prepared in small batches using grandmother Maria dos Anjos's original recipe. The fruit is slowly cooked with brown sugar and a touch of lemon, without pectin or artificial preservatives, resulting in a thick, fragrant jam with whole fruit pieces. Perfect for spreading on toast, pairing with regional cheese or filling cakes and tarts. 300g reusable glass jar.
