Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra Artesanal

From a centenary olive grove in Vale de Cambra with olive trees over 200 years old, this extra virgin olive oil is produced by hand harvesting and cold pressing within the first 24 hours. The predominant variety is Cobrançosa, complemented by Galega and Madural, producing an oil with a green-gold colour, intense fruitiness, and characteristic slight bitterness and spiciness. Acidity below 0.3%, well below the 0.8% maximum required for extra virgin classification. Each 500ml bottle is packed in dark glass to preserve its qualities over time.
